Files and deletion
Files are removed from our servers immediately after the first successful download. If a transfer is never downloaded, files may be purged as part of routine maintenance.
Retention of metadata
We retain minimal transfer records (sender/recipient emails, timestamps, and basic metadata) for up to 30 days for fraud prevention and misuse detection, after which the records are deleted.
How we use data
- To deliver the service (send emails, render the download link once).
- To secure the service (detect abuse, enforce rate limits).
- To understand basic usage patterns if analytics is enabled.
Cookies
We use a small preference cookie to remember your language selection for up to one year.
